Beta Version Begins for Epic Titles!

• Night Run, a motorcycle-themed web3 game, launched its Open Beta on Steam last July 12. The latest build is available for free download and is playable by all gamers. Afterwards the final gameplay release of the game is set on the 31st of July.

• The beta test for Cradles: Origin of Species will begin on July 15 and will only allow 10,000 participants. Holders of Cradles Dinopets NFT and Crystalios NFT will be given access to the beta. Dinopets NFTs can be purchased on secondary markets, however the sale of Crystalios NFTs, originally scheduled for July 10th, has been postponed, leading some in the community to feel abandoned by the Cradles team.

• The Machines Arena's season 1 beta was published last July 11 at 1pm UTC. Beta and loyalty prizes, such as unique game skins, are available to players throughout this season. The Machines Arena is available through the Epic Games launcher. However, a code is required in order to access the beta. If you don't have a code, keep an eye on The Machines Arena social channels as they will be holding a number of giveaways once the beta season begins.

• The Cantina Royale 2.0 Public Beta will support guest accounts and will have 2 stages that contain early and late game content. If everything goes well on the 14th of July, the stage 1 early game will most likely go live the following day on Saturday. This beta stage will be live for 2 days upon which the beta will go offline to prepare for stage 2 beta which doesn’t have an exact date yet but is expected to go live a week later after the end of Stage 1.

• At 00:00 UTC on July 14, 2023, Mighty Action Heroes, a cartoony Web3 battle royale game, will launch into open beta. The open beta will welcome all players, unlike the previous phases that were exclusive to Genesis Pass and Big Bear Syndicate NFT holders and will encourage them to offer useful input on the game's on-chain and off-chain features.

• The beta version of Capsule Heroes is scheduled for release in the Q4 of 2023. Capsule Heroes is a game for mobile devices that will have multiple modes such as Team Deathmatch and Survival.

Alpha Land Sale Alert!

• Ember Sword announces the upcoming alpha land sale. The first run of a two-phase process is only open by application. This group of purchasers will receive a 25% discount. The application period is from 10 July to 13 July at 13:00 CEST. Successful applicants will be notified on July 21 and will have from July 24 through July 30 to make their purchase. After that, land plots will become available to anyone in Wave 2, which will offer a 15% discount.

New Seasons, Launches, and Updates!

• The Machines Arena, a web3 team-based combat game, has announced the beginning of its first official season. This exciting season will run from July 11 to September 26 which includes new features and enhancements for its players.

• Season 4 of Blankos Block Party goes live on July 19th at 10 AM PDT / 5 PM UTC with a new Party Pass called Toy Box Blitz, featuring new Blanko NFTs and Emote rewards. Before the new season kicks off, there will be an hour-long maintenance at 9 AM PDT / 4 PM UTC.

• Axie Infinity Announces the Season 5 Origins Tournament. The tournament will last two days, beginning on the 15th of July. In various phases of competition, competitors will utilize various era runes and charms. On July 16, the finale will be live streamed on Twitch, featuring the final eight competitors.

• UFC Strike: Fight Camp, a mobile roster management game compatible with UFC Strike digital collectibles is scheduled to launch in the fourth quarter of 2023 on Android and iOS devices. This is after their announcement that UFC and Concept Labs have formed a multi-year partnership

• Crypto Unicorns has recently announced the launch of the Jousting Pre-ELO event. This time-limited event serves as a preparation for the upcoming release of the Joust Rank (Elo rating) in the game. These changes were included in the Tuning Update last July 13.

• Deaddrop publishes Snapshot VI, which introduces several modifications to the game. Deaddrop now permits up to three players per team. Another is a second map that is a work in progress, wherein doors and windows can be opened and closed. The snapshot also adds a vendor to Deaddrop, enabling players to purchase and sell items with Space Dust.

A Closed Demo Begins!

• Engines of Fury, a top-down extraction shooter web3 game, has begun its closed demo testing phase, granting selected members of the community exclusive access to the game's immersive gameplay. Hopefully, an open beta will be available soon.

• Google Play Store, the largest app store in terms of number of apps and downloads, has published an NFT-friendly policy, allowing Web3 games to be sold on its platform. The internet giant has unveiled new guidelines for permitting and regulating blockchain-based games and applications, with full deployment scheduled for December 2023.

• Sephora, a French cosmetics retailer, has announced that this year's SEPHORiA, the company's largest beauty event, will be held both live and in the metaverse. The digital version of the event will take place on September 29 from 9 AM to 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Limited number of virtual tickets will be freely given away on a first come, first serve basis to those who will register and sign up on July 20.
