Mir M: Vanguard and Vagabond is a free-to-play open world isometric MMORPG from Korean studio WeMade. It was released on January 31st and can be played on both PC and Android. Mir M takes place in the universe of MIR4. Just like MIR4, Mir M has an auto-battle system with flexible configuration options that allow players to grind without requiring their time.

GAMEPLAY

In Mir M, you create a character and start your journey by completing quests and leveling up. Players can also gather resources (ore, grass, fish) and use them to create better equipment in a very complex crafting system. The main in-game resource is darksteel, which can be mined in special darksteel veins. These veins are situated in PVP zones, so only the strongest players will be able to continuously mine it. As for the co-op content, players can unite into guilds and take down world bosses together, battle to capture the Hidden Valleys (source of darksteel) and siege castles.

TOKENS

Mir M has 2 tokens: $DOGMA and $DRONE, released on the Wemix blockchain. $DOGMA is a governance token. Its utility is staking to get votes, which are used to enable exclusive content on the server (exclusive bosses, valley capture events and more). $DRONE is an equivalent to 100.000 darksteel, and can be exchanged in the game menu in either direction. Also $DRONE can be staked to earn $DOGMA, any $DRONE staked cannot be returned and will continuously bring $DOGMA for voting.

EARNING

There are multiple ways to earn in Mir M. Firstly, players can mine darksteel and exchange it for $DRONE. Secondly, any game asset can be sold on in-game auction for Wemix$ stablecoins. Also resources gathered can be sold for in-game gold coins, which can then be converted to stablecoins or darksteel. In the future, there will be an option to create NFTs of your character and sell it to other people.

SUMMARY

Mir M already has more than 150,000 players registered in less than a month since release. With the experience of Mir4, WeMade has created an immersive world worth getting invested in and playing more. Which is easy due to the auto battle system, making it possible to play every day without spending much time on daily tasks. The game economy looks very sustainable, as the more players grow, the more resources are required to become stronger. So I would strongly recommend Mir M for fans of Asian-style MMORPGs.
